Coarsly grind the pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Finely grind the flax seeds. Cut the goji berries in little bits. This is the base of your filling. Mix these ingredients with the nettle and hemp seeds, and the dulse flakes. Add as little water as necessary to obtain a thick dough. Set aside for a while to allow the flax seeds to agglomerate and make the dough a little sticky. Add salt to taste.
Proceed as for maki sushi. Cut the nori sheets in 2 or 3 bands. Take a band widthwise. Spread the filling all over, except 2 cm at the top. Roll tightly and cut in 5-6 pieces.
Cut the nori sheets in 4 squares. Spread the filling on 1 square. Cover with another square. Press evenly. Cut in smaller squares if you want to.
Let dry overnight in your dehydrator.
