Maca (Lepidium meyenii), also called “Peruvian ginseng”, is a root which has been cultivated for 2000 years in the Peruvian Andes. Maca is a complex, nutrient-dense whole food. Lifefood maca powder is obtained by mechanical hot air drying the fresh roots.

Recommended use and dosage:
- Adults: 1–8 teaspoons per day (5–40 g).
- Children: 1-3 teaspoons per day (5–15 g).
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
- Should not replace varied meal.
- Not suitable for pregnant and nursing women.
- Keep away from children.
