Our Cedar pine nuts (Pinus sibirica) are harvested in the area of the Altai mountains on wild Siberian cedar pines which can live up to 800 years. Cedar nut takes two years to mature and a good harvest happens approximately once every four years.
- Multiple culinary uses: sprinkled on salads, puddings or ice creams, to make your own nut cream or milk, and as an essential ingredient in a raw vegan variation of the famous pesto
