Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir gently with a spoon to combine, then knead by hand (the dough shouldn’t be too sticky). Shape your cookies as you like and place them on 1-2 baking paper sheets. Transfer them to the dehydrator racks and dehydrate for at least 12 hours. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
