Cauliflower Couscous Teriyaki

Increasingly popular "couscous" salad made with raw cauliflower, this one perfectly seasoned with tahini and a lot of herbs ans spices.

Put the cauliflower in a food processor to make the couscous. When done, put the couscous in a nutmilk bag or cheesecloth and squeeze the juice out. Transfer to a bowl. Cut up the bell peppers, half the onion, grate the carrot and ginger and add that to the bowl. For the teriyaki sauce blend all of the remaining ingredients together except for the cilantro. Add the sauce to the mixture and mix well. Serve with fresh cilantro and some Lifefood Teriyaki Almonds LIFE Snacks.
