Lifefood means food for life. Lifefood presents all natural living foods tasting the way nature intended. All Lifefood products are made purely from all natural organic ingredients without neither heating, cooking, baking, nor pasteurizing, roasting or toasting. Instead of that we sprout, marinate, blend or mix the ingredients and dehydrate the products at low temperatures. Below the temperature of 42°C all the nutritional properties of the base ingredients remain intact and preserved, including the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants and basic nutrients. We choose only raw materials of highest purity and quality that have not been treated by temperatures above 42°C. Therefore our products present a healthy and delicious alternative to the mainstream foods, providing for highly nutritious snacks, treats and superfoods.

Raw Food is Trendy!
Starting in USA several years ago, the raw food movement was almost unknown in Europe. While it grew bigger there, the European raw food scene slowly started to come to live too.
